Consultation - How much does it cost?

Prices vary according to the number of rooms & size of the property, personal income and duration of the consultation. A person with a moderate income living in a basic home (which is taken to be 5 rooms: lounge, kitchen, bathroom and up to 2 bedrooms), can expect to pay an estimated price of £300.00.

There is a charge of £50.00 per room over and above the first 5 rooms. Every room over and above these rooms is counted regardless of size (except something like a small guest bathroom/loo). An average sized home should take about 5 to 8 hours for the initial consultation.

USA prices $600.00 plus $80.00 per room.

EURO prices: €450.00 plus €70.00 per room.

Once clients have instituted all, or at least a substantial number of the recommended changes, you are entitled to one further visit, for no extra charge except transport costs (Kym promises not to hire a luxury limo but if you can and want to send one he'll happily ride in it!). However, if Kym is seeing another full-paying client in your vicinity (i.e. a 5 mile radius) and can co-ordinate seeing you both on the same trip then you will not be charged at all.

Business Feng Shui is considerably more complicated and as a result the pricing structure is based on a daily rate plus an hourly fee, or a flat fee plus a negotiated percentage of post-consultation profits (if you make no profit you pay me nothing more).

Garden Design is a separate service. Prices start at £300.00 for an average-sized UK garden design.
